About Dispute Management Group
Jose L. Hernandez, P.E. is the manager of Dispute Management Group and has over 40 years of experience in the field of highway and heavy construction, engineering, design and surveying. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Mediator in the State of Texas. Mr. Hernandez experience was obtained while working for the Texas Department of Transportation and founding Dispute Management Group.
The staff at DMG includes engineers and engineering technicians with extensive TxDOT experience who assist in the development of the dispute claim documentation. Each of DMG's highly rated instructors also come from a strong TxDOT background and are able to provide relevant instruction in a classroom setting.
